Many mechanical keyboard enthusiasts invest heavily in high-end RGB lighting, only to find that standard solid keycaps block most of the glow, leaving the illumination looking dull and uneven. Additionally, stock keycaps are often made from thin ABS plastic, which quickly develops an unattractive oily shine and loses its texture after just a few months of heavy use. This lack of visual pop and durability can make even the most expensive gaming setup feel uninspired and aged.
The Glorious Aura V2 (Black) Pudding Keycaps are the ultimate solution for gamers who want to maximize their keyboard’s aesthetic and longevity. Featuring a unique “pudding” design with translucent sides and a solid black top, these keycaps act as a prism to diffuse light across your entire board. Made from high-quality Double-Shot PBT, the Aura V2 ensures that your legends will never fade and your keys will maintain a premium, textured feel no matter how many hours you spend typing or gaming.
Key Features
- Translucent Pudding Design: Transparent sides allow maximum RGB light to shine through, creating a vibrant underglow effect.
- Double-Shot PBT Material: Extra-thick walls and durable construction prevent key shine and ensure the legends never wear off.
- Universal Compatibility: Includes 145 keys to support ANSI and ISO layouts across Full Size, TKL, 75%, and 60% keyboards.
- Non-Fade Legends: High-contrast lettering is molded into the keycap, providing permanent legibility for the lifetime of the product.
- Standard MX Stem: Fully compatible with Gateron, Kailh, and Cherry MX switches or any MX-style clones.
Why It’s Worth Buying
The Glorious Aura V2 is worth buying because it offers one of the most cost-effective ways to completely overhaul the look and feel of your mechanical keyboard. Instead of buying a whole new device, swapping to these PBT pudding keycaps provides an immediate upgrade in both visual brilliance and tactile quality. The V2 version features improved, cleaner fonts compared to its predecessor, giving your desk a more modern and professional appearance. Furthermore, because the set includes a wide variety of key sizes and even supports ISO layouts, it is a versatile choice that will fit almost any brand of mechanical keyboard. It’s the perfect accessory for streamers and RGB lovers who want their setup to stand out during live broadcasts or late-night gaming sessions.
